The Atlanta Animal Alliance plans to develop a Lost and Found system with up-to-date computer interface.

Our goal is to:

  • Increase area Return To Owner rates to 50% of impounded animals through technology
  • Develop a Lost and Found identification system with a local, metro Atlanta database
  • Higher, easier usage by animal control
  • Develop a lost and found headquarters for metro Atlanta
  • Develop a regional data base and web site for lost and found animals
  • Network with area shelters to obtain daily reports and electronic uploads
