Spay Neuter FundThe Atlanta Animal Alliance is looking to develop a dedicated s/n fund. We are looking to establish the fund with contributions from the city/county governments, humane societies, foundations and private donors. We are looking to use this fund to target low-income pet owners only. (those that can produce a Medicaid card, food stamp ID, SSIP or any other government assistance program identification). In addition we are looking for this fund to provide a means to spay-neuter outdoor, unowned intact feral cats.These cats are the main source of cat overpopulation. |
